Q & A
When are the deposit and balance due?
A 40% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining 60% is due the day the "EVENT" takes place.
Do you offer any kind of discount?
A 10% discount is given if the balance is payed in full at the time of booking.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and paypal transfer.
Is travel time included in your full day coverage?
The travel time is not charged if it is in our operating area Olympia/Seattle/Eastside/Everett/Mt Vernon. If it is outside our area, arrangements will be made.
Are there any fees for your travel time?
The travel fees depend on the location of the session, they will be discussed at booking.
Do you have any packages for less than 8 hours?
As we only photograph one wedding per day, our day rate $2195 does not change.
What if we need more than 8 hour coverage?
Anything past 8 hours will be billed at $175 per hr.
How many wedding do you photograph per day?
To be able to provide you with utmost quality and undivided attention we only photograph one event per day.
What time do you arrive to setup?
As a rule we give ourselves plenty of time before the "EVENT" starts so we can scout the location, set up lights or accessories and be thoroughly prepared.
Do you shoot digital or film?
We shoot mainly digital with cameras of 12 Megapixels and upwards for uncompromising quality.
When will our photos be ready for us to view?
Your photos will be processed and posted on a password protected server. You will be able to see the pictures within ten days from "EVENT". However it will take between six and eight weeks until the albums will be available for viewing.
Do you do engagement sessions?
Yes, higher priced packages will include engagement sessions.
When are you available to meet with us?
Mostly, the time to meet and discuss the details is set by the prospective client.
Will there be a written contract?
Yes, a written contract will be signed by both parties.
What is your cancellation policy?
When we sign and book your "EVENT" subsequent requests by other parties will be turned down. For this reason the down payment is not refundable if cancellations are not made as set forth in the "AGREEMENT".
